The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Delivery Time : Processing Time+Shipping Time

  • Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders will be sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

What is the processing time?

The item's processing time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching it. After receiving your order, we conduct rigorous Quality Control checks and tests in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment to meet your satisfaction. This can involve detailed in-house checks: e.g. material quality, zippers, seams, embellishments and motifs, interiors, lining, etc. The total processing time varies depending on the complexity, design and size of the specific product or article. Larger orders will naturally take longer. It normally takes within 24 hours of business day for us to process your order. However, please note that the processing time can also be affected by the stock status of individual items, the time of the year, national holidays, etc. If your order includes very popular items that are experiencing stock availability issues, then the order can take 2-5 business days to process and dispatch. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by these delays and thank you for your patience.

*If you would like to cancel a back ordered item in your order, simply send us your request by submitting a ticket, we will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment center to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 8–15 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 15 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer sometimes. If your order is shipping to Brazil or Russia or other continents, it will take about 30 days to arrive at their destination but may take longer from time to time. Express shipping may take 3-8 business days to arrive in the destination. 
  • If an order is selected for express delivery and is divided into two or more packages, the first package will be shipped via express delivery and the remaining packages will be shipped via standard delivery.

* The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Customs Charges: The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by the customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. AIIZIE is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.We will not cover the customs charges incurred by returning the items.

In the event where a parcel is not claimed or refused by the receiver, DHL will attempt re-delivery. If DHL are unable to arrange a re-delivery, the parcel will be destroyed and abandoned by authorities in the receiver's country. Consequently, there will be no refunds for parcels that are not claimed or refused. In the event that your package is refused and returned to AIIZIE, any return costs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and deducted from your store credit refund.

COVID-19 & Insurance: Please allow for extra time for delivery as a result of COVID-19 once your package has been despatched from us. USPS and DHL are operating on limited staff and these delays are unfortunately out of our control. Our warehouse team are still despatching all orders on time and cannot be held accountable for delays in your delivery as a result of third party couriers. Please note that a signature on delivery is not required at this time as a DHL/Fedex COVID social distancing protocol. Please ensure your delivery address is safe and secure as we will not be held accountable for any packages that are stolen or missing as a result of the DHL/Fedex "Safe Drop" method. If you wish to purchase parcel protection and insurance to avoid this from happening, please email us prior to ordering to ensure our team can add this onto your order total.

Pre-Order Styles: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock styles, your delivery will not be arranged until ALL items are in stock. Please email service@cutegirlclub.com if you would like an alternative arrangement. We highly recommend placing a seperate order if any items from your order are urgent.

* Cancellation :We accept free cancellations within 3 hours. If orders need to be cancelled within 3-10 hours, we will charge a processing fee of $7 per order.
    cancellation of order items is strictly not accepted once your order has been placed over 10 hours. The expected delivery date on all pre-order styles is an estimate only, and is not considered a formal guarantee. For an unexpected delay in the delivery date which exceeds 10 business days, you will be notified via email and our customer care team will be more than happy to discuss your options.

RETURN

Please contact us before returning a defective item in order to receive the return shipping address and other instructions.

For hygiene reasons and for your protection, we do not accept returns on the following items:

Bikini
Swimwear/Swimsuit
Underwear
Some ACC(eg:earrings / stockings / Body piercing ect. )



It does not allow to return if the white label on the clothings is cutted off.

30 DAY PRODUCT GUARANTEE
If you are not satisfied with the item you received and want to return it, you can file a claim for compensation with the following procedure.
Within 30 days  of receiving the product contact us with a photo or video explaining the issue and whether you want a refund or replacement.And you need to send back the items within 30 days after receiving the product.(We assume that the time when you receive the items is the time when the logistics track delivery).

 We will review the claim and contact you if we need more information.
 If Approved, we will refund or resend the item, you may also be asked to return the product.
After receiving the returned item and checking that it do not affect secondary sales, we will refund (the shipping costs except).

How about your products which are not broken but you want to return because you change your mind about the purchase?
It depends on:
Your package is on the way. We have to charge the freight for our compensation. Send email to service@cutegirlclub.com to get more details about the details of this return.(Return address&Expense, etc.)
You package is still in our warehouse. We can help you cancel your order without charging any fees.


If a defective/incorrect item is received, our responsibility is to replace the item with a new/correct one.
If a package is returned for destruction due to incorrect address/unclaimed, please send email to service@cutegirlclub.com to verify the package status and get the appropriate solution.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. And we do not pay tax on returns.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
